Travelers heading east for the weekend will need to plan for added travel time on I-90 just east of North Bend to the summit due to lane closures. The WSDOT and contractor crews are replacing old sections of I-90 and pouring new concrete. Two of the EB lanes will be closed between the Denny Creek area and the summit in order to let the concrete cure. These lane closures will remain in effect 24 hours a day 7 days a week until Aug.
